What’s your return policy?
Not in love? No worries. If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll happily take it back as long as the shoes are in new condition within 30 days of purchase.
We offer great competitive prices, Unfortunately , we are not able to offer free shipping on returns.We recommend using the US Postal service they have the best rates.
Returns are simple. If you choose to return for a refund,
Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase date, though during the holiday season (November 1 – January 1) we’ll give you up to 60 days from the purchase date to make gift-giving easier
Items should be as good as new, unworn, and include all original tags
All packaging including the original shoe box must be included.
Items should always be mailed back to Returns Dept:THE WALKING SHOE 9028 1/2 Balboa Blvd , Northridge CA 91325, not the manufacturer
Refunds are credited via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt to our warehouse
Credits can take an additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card
Make sure that you do not put labels or packing tape directly onto the shoe box , There is a $ 15 fee for damaging the original shoe box
All shoes sent back without a box and all the original packaging , or worn shoes sent back to us are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

PACKAGE THEFTS (Porch Pirates):
Due to the upcoming holiday season, all police in your area have seen a huge spike in suspects
who are stealing recently delivered packages from the front porch of residents. It’s a known
fact that criminals follow delivery trucks and wait for a package to be delivered at a unoccupied
residence. After the delivery truck leaves the area, the suspect will run up to the door and steal
the package. With online shopping becoming more common, this will continue to be a significant issue
for our community. There are a few things one can do to prevent becoming a victim. If the option is
available, choose to have someone sign for a delivered package. If you own a PO Box and the company
allows it, have the package delivered there. See if the company shipping will provide an estimate time
of delivery so you or someone you trust can be at home when the package arrives. If you don’t have
any way or anyone who can be home, another idea would be speak to a reliable neighbor or friend and
have the package delivered to them if they are going to be home.
Get the Mail You Missed Re-delivered
If we missed you when we tried to deliver your mail,
you can schedule re-delivery online using the
peach-colored slip left by your carrier to look up your items and reschedule delivery.
For same day re-delivery, make sure your request is submitted by 2AM CST
Monday – Saturday. Re-delivery may not be available in your ZIP Code™. Check with your local Post Office™ for pickup information.
